Marisa is a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer based in Tunbridge Wells who enjoys the satisfaction gained from helping someone achieve their personal fitness and nutrition goals. She is a climbing ‘addict’ who spends much of her spare time at the climbing wall or outdoors on Southern Sandstone, when she is not spending time with her family.

‘Every client is on a journey, mindful of an anticipated outcome or destination, on which I will accompany them as their guide and support.

For me, this means using my expertise in exercise and/or nutrition to assist my clients in reaching their lifestyle goals, whether they are looking to achieve a physical transformation or merely feel healthier.
