CIRCUIT TRAINING, 7PM, MONDAY

Start your week as you mean to go on with this high energy week-starter! With a variety of aerobic and strength training exercises, you’ll improve your general fitness and overall strength.  

For all fitness and ability levels.

 

STRENGTH TRAINING, 10AM, WEDNESDAY

Boost your general fitness and strength with this fun body blitz!  Exercises will focus on increasing total body strength with an emphasis on:

  • toning and sculpting your muscles
  • building strength to improve your functional fitness

For moderate and advanced fitness and ability levels.

 

HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING (HIIT), 9.30AM, FRIDAY

This 30-minute class is a great way to burn calories and build muscle in a short amount of time!

The benefits of HIIT are:

  • increased post-exercise calorie burning, raising your metabolic rate for hours after your workout
  • improved oxygen consumption, allowing your body to workout more efficiently
  • may reduce blood pressure and blood sugar

For moderate and advanced fitness and ability levels.

 

PRIVATE BOOT CAMP (4-6 PARTICIPANTS), DEPENDENT ON AVAILABILITY

Get a group of friends together take the Boot Camp challenge!  Up your fitness level and enjoy these outdoor sessions available at a variety of locations in the Tunbridge Wells area.
