Circuit Training – Mondays from 9-9.45am at Chimera Climbing Centre
Start your week as you mean to go on with this high energy morning-starter! With a variety of aerobic and strength training exercises, you’ll improve your general fitness and overall strength. For all fitness and ability levels – comfy workout clothes and trainers a must!
Climbers Bootcamp – Thursdays from 9-10.00am at Chimera Climbing Centre
Boost your general fitness and climbing strength with this indoor and outdoor body blitz! Exercises will focus on increasing your overall fitness with an emphasis on:
- Building primary climbing muscles
- Training antagonist muscles to help avoid common climbing injuries
- Working those muscles commonly neglected by climbers
Be prepared to work hard with some outdoor as well as indoor training. For moderate and advanced fitness and ability levels – comfy workout clothes and trainers a must!
This will be a small group class, working towards a progression in climbing strength and fitness, therefore numbers are limited so booking is essential.
Private Boot Camp (4-6 people)
Get a group of friends together take the Boot Camp challenge! Up your fitness level and enjoy these outdoor sessions available at a variety of locations in the Tunbridge Wells area.
