Together we will build a customised nutrition and exercise programme personalised for your individual goals.  Benefits of these sessions include weight loss, meal planning, body transformation, improved posture and balance, and long-term lifestyle change.

These sessions can be held in the client’s home or at an outdoor venue and are bookable in 6, 9 or 12 week blocks (an initial consultation must be scheduled at least a week prior to the first session).

A total health coaching package, including:

  • Free initial consultation (30 minutes)
  • Initial Health Assessment and goal-setting session (45 minutes)
  • Weekly nutrition progress check (15 minutes)
  • 60-minute fitness session each week
  • Interim gym programme or home workout plan created for uninstructed sessions
  • Regular progress assessments

 

Climbing Fit 

A climbing-specific exercise programme to boost your general fitness level, enhance your climbing strength, endurance and power and prevent common climbing injuries.

These sessions can be held in the client’s home, at Chimera Climbing Centre or at an outdoor venue and are bookable in 6, 9 or 12 week blocks (an initial consultation must be scheduled at least a week prior to the first session).

A total health coaching package, including:

  • Free initial consultation and goal-setting session (45 minutes)
  • Bespoke periodisation plan
  • 60-minute fitness session each week
  • Interim gym programme or home workout plan created for uninstructed sessions
  • Regular progress assessments

 

Climbing for Life 

A customised nutrition and exercise programme to ensure achievement of your climbing goals. Benefits of these sessions include improved posture and balance, decreased recovery times, specific exercises to target weaknesses in your climbing and the best nutrition plan to fuel your climbing passion.

These sessions can be held in the client’s home, at Chimera Climbing Centre or at an outdoor venue and are bookable in 6, 9 or 12 week blocks (an initial consultation must be scheduled at least a week prior to the first session).
