Personal Training
A bespoke exercise programme created to suit your individual goals. Benefits of these sessions include weight loss, body transformation, muscle gain, and long-term lifestyle change. I also run sessions specifically for injury prevention and rehab.
These sessions can be held in the client’s home or at an outdoor venue and are bookable in 6, 9 or 12 week blocks (an initial consultation must be scheduled at least a week prior to the first session).
A complete personal training package, including:
- Free initial consultation (30 minutes)
- Initial Health Assessment and goal-setting session (45 minutes)
- 60-minute fitness session each week
- Interim gym programme or home workout plan created for uninstructed sessions
- Regular progress assessments

Nutrition Advice
Whether your goals are weight management, to manage health issues or to learn more about how you can ‘eat yourself healthy’, these sessions will help you recognise better eating habits and promote a healthier attitude towards food for a sustainable, long term change. 45 minute weekly or bi-weekly sessions available to book in 6, 9 or 12 week blocks. These sessions can be held in the client’s home or at an agreed upon venue.
